CAD Technical Draftsman (Full Time)
Responsibilities Include:
-
Preparation of design and construction documents under the supervision of a licensed architect or other project manager
-
Perform existing conditions/ site surveys and prepare documentation of existing buildings
-
Perform a variety of project related administrative tasks.
Qualifications/ Prior Experience:
-
1 to 2 years of work experience in an architectural office preparing construction documents preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD. Applicant must provide examples of pertinent work product.

Strong technical skills, detail oriented.
-
Knowledge of Photoshop, Sketchup, MS Word and Excel preferred.
-
Revit skills are highly valued.

Candidate must have their own transportation as some of the job responsibilities will require it. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Applicant must be motivated, a self-starter, someone who works well with a team and possesses good communication skills.

Applicant must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S.
Intern (Part Time/ Full Time)
Responsibilities Include:

Help maintain and update resource library as well as a variety of project related administrative tasks.
Qualifications/ Prior Experience:

Student currently working in a professional design degree program

Administrative Support (Part Time)
Responsibilities Include:

Provide administrative support to HR/ Office Management and Project Management

Provide assistance with vendor management

Help maintain and update resource library

Answer and direct incoming telephone calls

Data Entry
Qualifications/ Prior Experience:

1 year preferred experience in similar position
-
Proficiency in MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
